Introduction

Yale IMs is an app designed for the Yale community to manage Intramural Sports competitions and schedules. To provide this service, we collect and use limited data as described below.

• Google Sign-In: Used for account creation and login, providing us with your name and email address.
• Yalies API: We fetch your college affiliation to assign you to the correct residential college team.
• Cookies: Used for login and session management.
• Analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymized browsing behavior to improve the app.

• Assign you to your residential college team.
• Display schedules, scores, and other relevant content.
• Ensure the app functions as intended and improve user experience.
